This is what I'm looking at, do you think it's an okay set or will I not be happy with it. It is a Smith-Victor set 375.00 US on ebay

it depends on what you want to use it for.
100w/s is not a lot. It would be great for product shots and maybe some portraits, but I'm not sure if you'd be able to use it for larger subjects, full body shots, etc...
Some of the more experienced lighting gurus might give you a better answer.

I would be using it for pet portraits, regular portraits & full body shots. If you dont feel this is good enough for my needs, what would you reccomend?

More powerfull strobes. (such as Alienbees ... B800 - 320w/s).
But, as I said, take my words with a grain of salt, I am by no means a lighting expert. I use alienbees for my studio shots.

You would be better off with a set of SP Excalibur 3200's (or Alien Bees). You can get them(SP) in sets at B&H with lightstands and umbrellas. I have three of them.
