I can't find the shadow/highlight option. Does anyone know where it might be hiding? It is not where it should be under Imgae - adjustments...but it is not....any ideas?

what version of PS are you using? You might have wanted to post this in the Post Processing/printing forum.

In CS it is under Image/adjustments. Do a search in the help section of PS, that should point you in the right direction.

PS 7.0 does not have that option I'm afraid. With PS 7.0 you will have to use Levels to acheive similar results...

Symes,
Welcome to the forum :)

FYI,

Your thread was;

1. Moved to the post processing and printing forum from "sports" as it concerns the use of Photoshop which is primarily used in the post processing stages of photograpy ,. and rarely considered a sport ;)

2. The title of your thread was edited to reflect the question you are asking.

In the future,. Please take more time to be sure the thread title reflects the question to which you seek answer,. you will get much better results this way,. also consider carefully in which forum a question or thread belongs, again so that you will get better results :)

Lastly,. in answer to your question,. I'm afraid BigRed is correct. the Shadow Highlight function was introduced with PSCS (photoshop 8) so it is not available in PS 7 :(

Thanks,
Hope this helps :)
