Two photos from Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton Pa. While they have some wonderfully restored trains, there are a bunch that need some (more then some) TLC. These were taken with my G9.

Cool...I see you discovered some of my favorite targets when I visit. They have moved my favorite caboose (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showpost.php?p=1238761&postcount=1).

Love the textures and the worn out look...
Wish I'd made it there when I was livin in PA many moons ago.

True but Pocono (as things now work) is weekend number one for TNT's six weeks of racing.
As such, that means we have roughly 2.5 days to get TNT fully ready for air whereas we have 2.5 weeks for FOX in Daytona.
Time off? Oh no, not at Pocono...

Nice shots! Hubby says they'd look good with some lomo or maybe sepia processing...he's the railnut of the family.

Thanks folks. They've moved a bunch of the trains around recently. It looks like they got a bunch of new ones and had to make room. woolburr, I love your pic of the caboose.

I think most of worn out look comes from the big fire they had.:(
