has anybody heard about B&H shipping Status?

I ordered my lens on Tues. and checked the status tonight and it still says processing wonder if the fire has slowed down or destroyed my lens? Just wondering if anybody else has found out anything.

I did not get a tracking number for my Thursday order . . . I usually would have for Monday delivery. I don't know, they are only open a short time of Fridays and closed on Saturdays . . .

I am sure we will hear something of it soon . . . lets hope for us and them it is good. I hate it when the "Mother Ship is on Fire."

:lol: I had an order ship yesterday that was ordered the day before, so no delay for me.

I had heard on the local news, the fire was in a warehouse that they stored chemicals in. I don't know how correct that is. I would give them a call on Sunday and ask. When I was in the store today I neglected to ask how the fire was going to affect them. The store was packed as usual on a Friday 1 hour before they close.

It can take a few days for an order to change from processing to shipped for me, I wouldn't worry about it myself. Call them if you want to check up.

I also have a Thursday order sitting at 'processing' still.

I'm not worried too much. I'm sure that if it becomes too much of an issue they'll contact their customers.

I expect a delay at this point.

New to the board. Looks like a great community.

I have two orders on shipment from B&h, but it looks like both might have made it out the door before the fire. Sorry to hear about that... they seems like a genuinely decent shop. Been scammed before by those that are not decent...
