Kodiak - My Dog Brother (golden retriever)

Kodi was my parent's dog, my husband and I actually gave him to them as a puppy. Daddy died two years ago and my mother passed away six weeks ago.

Kodi came to live with us and his life has not been the same! He now has to share with an old GSD, a six-year-old Rottie, and a 4ish Blue Heeler!

I was checking my lights for a shoot this weekend and shoved dogs in front of the camera. This was too cute not to share. Hope you enjoy!

He's 11 and has been an only dog his whole life. Spoiled rotten (in a good way!) by my parents.

Now he's in a pack, learning to share and interact. He's known the GSD and the Rott their whole lives, but only as passing sniffs, we never put them all together.

The first time Kodi passed the rott without a fence in between them, he almost fainted!

But it's been almost two months and they're getting there. We're giving it til after Christmas. If no improvement, we call the trainer!
