for you guys who shoot in studio, do you prefer using tripod or do you most of the time shoot hand held?

i usually do handheld for maximum mobility, but then again, it depends on what you are shooting

Handheld unless it's a shot that has to be precisely positioned, or a product shoot of some sort where every shot has to match.
