Hi !
This is my first post, 2 aircraft, white and black, but not the same generation!

Hi & welcome to POTN

Nice couple of images and B&W treatment.

I see they are French Air Force but can you ID the planes as I think #2 is maybe Mirage of some type (? as I thought it was a single seater - off I go to look for twin seaters, yep found it they have made two seater variants) and more interestingly the pilot in the jet looks like they have plucked eyebrows ~ a female fast jet pilot???

The first is a MS406, and the second a Mirage 2000B ( twin seats version) and yes, it's a girl in the front seat :) !

Slightly oversharpened, the 2nd at least, and the B&W isn't really contrasty enough to make you believe it wasn't shot in colour.
The 2nd one is a good capture though. I like Mirages, and you pic manages to highlight a lot of the design features particular to that aircraft.

The photos was taken in France.

I really like the way the landing gear looks in #1 and the tight lens compression in #2. Welcome to transportation as well. Nice to see some B&W!!

Very nice conversions on the two shots. We don't get any of those planes over here.
