Very pretty little girl. She looks like she is deep in thought. I would suggest a bit of a contrast/curves boost. Other than that...nice capture

This is a gorgeous shot!! I love it.... She has such beautiful eyes...
Here's a quick curves adjustment, and levels... then just a slight dodge of the highlights in her eyes, and burning the shadows....
You could probably push the exposure more than I did, but I didn't want to over-do it.

Kristy's edit is right on. I like the color tone of the others and composition on all is great. Nice stuff.

Sarel - your kids are beautiful. What soulful brown eyes. I love the first, but agree it could be a touch brighter. Thanks for sharing.

That last one made me smile :-)
Love Kristy's edit, spot on, the rest could do with sharpening a little, and you have a WB issue - but wonderful kids!

Thanks,
May I ask which one made you smile and why?
About the WB issue, I am doing this on purpose, I like warmer colors in my pictures.

The warmth in the childs face and smile (as in personal warmth - not photographic warmth) it just made me smile straight back at the image. In just the same way that I would smile at my Grandson if he smiled at me. (hope that makes sense!)
