Opinion please?

I know this isnt a viewing thread, but I need some feedback on my photography. theres allot of you on here, many even know what their talking about. :) ignore if you dont feel like viewing right now.

I am traveling to the middle east (living in Cyprus right now), and I want some feedback on photography I took in Istanbul, and Cappadocia Turkey over Xmas, before my next photo trip.

its way to much to ask anyone to give you feedback on everything on your site - post a few select photos in the right catagory on here or on iphotoforum.com and you'll get honest feedback

No problem Mike, your not interested. I'll check out that site. I am however looking for someone to look at two galleries from Turkey, and give me general technique feedback. Im not into posting a few good shots, and waiting for the compliments to roll in, about how much they love the depth of field ussage, or the subject selection. Im sure theirs people on here who enjoy looking at photography, and dont mind giving general advise

Instead of posting this in the general EOS Camera section, try posting it in the Critiques Corner (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=12). The Forum that you posted it under is for Equipment talk - not photo talk. The "Photo Sharing" section is more what you're looking for, and can be found in the Critiques Corner.

You'll probably get more responses there. I'd look, but I am, in no way, qualified to critique anything, really.

you are looking for opinions on some pics, but you are not looking for compliments or how the DOF is nice....

so what are you looking for then?

might be of use to have your site in your profile and a clickable link in your first post to make it easier for people to come check your photos out if that is what you want.

I 2nd this - that's what the critique corner's for. I suggest you post 2-3 pictures and ask for opinions, and provide a link to other pictures so people can look if they'd like to. If you post more most people will just skip the thread.
