I need some feedback on my photography. theres allot of you on here, many even know what their talking about. :) many friends and family compliment my photograghy, but of course those are friends ands family. Lets get some honest opinions, which is nice and easy when everybody is hiding behind their computer screens.

I am traveling to the middle east (living in Cyprus right now), and I want some feedback on photography I took in Istanbul, and Cappadocia Turkey over Xmas, before my next photo trip.

Take a look at my site, and give any feedback you have. Feel free to look at other gallieries on site too, theres some cool shots in my opinion

Some of my better stuff is here

Hi had a quick look at your site - your photos are quite good - you captured some great characters and love the black and white effect - which photo editing suite are you using? Did any of these people mind you taking photos?

I like the people shots a lot. You've captured good expression in the faces and they are interesting to look at.

I am doing some very basic elements post processing. Only setting thr black and white points, brightness/ontrast. Interesting questiond about if the people mind? Most of the stuff is done while traveling. If there seems there is an area with opportunity, camera is out and ready to go. in crowded place, so composing is eay, because everybody is ij close proximity. If someone really does'nt like the idea of their picture being taken, they will let you know. I bought a 1.8 50mm, and the Turkey trip was the first time out with it. About 90% percent of the people shots are with this lense.
