Hi I'm doing a photo project in which I must make a nature calendar.
Every month of the year with its typical wheater etc can be in it.
Today we had some rain snow and I saw this berries.
Do you think I can use then for the month March in the calendar ?

The leaves make me want to believe it's Fall... I'd take either right now, I'm so sick of this snow.

fills is right it looks more like autumn with the leaves and the colours. why not try some new, fresh leaves for march, something that looks like, spring is coming.

You are right. Can't wait for spring to arrive.
But we first have to wipe away snow the comming week.

that's a great shot. I'm waiting for the snowdrops (the flowers) to come out in the garden... they mark the beginning of spring :-P

That's a beautiful shot although I would be inclined to use that for Jan/Feb or November/Dec time - the berries just look so bright. What course are you doing?

I'd say go for it, great shot, but I'm bugged by the bird droppings (?) on the leaves hah.
And I wish there was a little more blur on the bground. shrug.

Glad you like this photo. The berries still look bright although I underexposed the photo by -1/3.
A local wildlife and nature photographer gave some lectures about this kind of photography. He asked us to do the calendar project, from nature/wildlife photos taken in our area.
I like this project it makes you aware of seasons, weather, mood etc. so you have a goal and reason to take photos.
