So i just went for a walk tonight into the city to take some photos.

I never actually stood under the bridge and appreciated its beauty and engineering aspect of it. It truly is a remarkable bridge!! Might look simple, but wait till you see it in person.

Anyways enough talking, here are the photos:

- If you would like to see more just ask away.
- Yup still using stock kit lens :) But wish i could afford an upgrade.

Very nicely done. The shot under the bridge is terrific.

You shot the second shot using the kit lens? There seems to be alot of distortion that you would expect to see from a fish eye lens or UWL. Did you have some sort of wide angle filter on the kit lens or anything?

Ok, no one has commented on it, but I love the first one. The only part I dont like is the light line on the left in the sky, probably left by a plane. Otherwise I like it a lot

Kit lens at f8 should perform well...just like any other lens. :-)

Being a Sydney-Sider myself, I love the bridge shots.
Was the second shot taken near the Park Hyatt Hotel at Hickson Rd?
I always tell my wife, that's my favourite spot :-)

Nice shot with the royal blue sky to set off the dark side of the bridge.
Nice chiaroscuro moment!
