I downloaded Tiffen Filter DFX trial and was playing around with it a little. I want to know which version is better. C&C Welcome always

Sorry, neither is grabbing me. If I had to pick, it would probably be the color, as the in focus swing is too dark in the black in white, IMO.

Where is option 3?

Option 3 is shooting it with a lens that has smoother bokeh. I had the 50 f/1.8 so I know about that not-so-strong point.

However, it's a good image - better in color. The playground is empty and bare, and the rust shows age and some deterioration, giving some more character. The image as a whole makes me think of desolation, quietness or that the kids are all inside where it's warm, since the leaves are orange. In any interpretation, the image makes the statement that "no one is there."

I think if you had moved out to the right just a tiny bit more, the first swing wouldn't be so distracting.

I agree with everyone else about the bokeh.

I agree with everyone else as well. If I had to pick it would be the color one.

Also, the tilted background is distracting for me.

I prefer the color.
