Did not know this subsection exisisted, but Astronomy is probably the main reason I bought the XSI. I have been at the astro photo game for about 7 years now. All of these are shot with an XSI through an Orion ED 80. All are 3 minute long subs with a various number of those subs stacked. The ED80 rides on a Nexstar 11 GPS that is mounted on a Milburn wedge. Guiding is done with PHD and capture with Nebulosity. All this is done remotely via a VPN connection. Hope you enjoy the results.

Never mind .... i just found out . Didn't know it was a Canon camera :oops: .

Really nice photos. I always get cofused when people say XTi and XSi...is one of them a 450D? :confused: ;)

XSi = 450
XTi = 400
