If you take the time to look at this photograph . . . you will see some interesting effects of perspective, via the missing roof. Tha appearance of a burnt out shell held up by the buildings on either side, becoming now a courtyard if you will. The local youth have all carved their names in the remaining woodwork in the back (not seen in this view) and there are summer tables and chairs placed round the cement floor. A surreal vista, if one peeks into the missing window, at the world inside.

WOW! that's really neat. love the contrast between what looks to be a new or redone building on the left and the one in shambles.. great job

Very interesting, this new phase of yours. Is this building in Tin Cup, Freedom, Soda Springs???

The 'reflection' noted above is in the background behind the building. There is no roof on this structure any longer. The photograph is taken in Eureka, Utah some 200 miles south of me. Just can not take the snow 24/7 any longer. I need to see grass and dirt at least once a week now . . . lol. I like to do what I call 'Urban' shooting from time to time. There are plenty of old jails and mines to poke around in.

The first thing I noticed was the reflections in the windows, very very cool.
I really like that picture.

Larry, yes and through the glass as well, there is NO reflection, lol. You can see right through the building as the roof is gone. Thank you Maz, I think you do as well. POTN is a wonderful place to share the world with and learn from others.
My thanks as always . . . everyone.

I like the work Marie does . . . but I had not thought this one to appeal to her? These old west building built during the boom town era of mining as soon to be lost to us however I suppose. Thanks pierrot.
