Hi all and thanks for looking :-)

This is my first visit, first post and first offering for your comments...I am an 'enthusiast' and not a professional (meaning shoot to eat) by any means, but consider myself professional in my attitude to doing something i love and are very challenged by - photography.

The image below is Ashleigh, a first time model, first time with me, first time using a Multiblitz light and shoot-thru brolly, hence the '111' in the title.

I would very much like to hear your comments. I intended a close crop and to lose one side of her face, but did add slight reflection to bring the right (her left) eye into focus as without it looked a little odd.

Thanks in advance!.... Goose.

Nice image, welcome aboard.

HTML doesn't work though, so you have to copy and paste the link.

Very nice. It's a little big for posting on the forums, so I resized it for you here. I hope you don't mind!

Thanks CMM, not sure about the HTML - I a href'd it. Is that not the way it works here?

Hi KevC... Thanks... err I thought it might be better to link than paste, but cool. Still reading up on rules and post sizes, you beat me to it! :D

Cheers
