Single file HDR conversion w/ Photomatix, images are PINK!

ADDED: Updated to 3.1 and working like a charm!

I am not sure why my images are coming out pink when using a single file for the conversion. I am using Photomatix 3.0 & XP Home.

Here is what I am doing for the process:

Open Photomatix > Automate > Single File Conversion

"Batch Conversion of Single Files" box opens

Convert RAW file or 16-bit linear TIFF into Radiance RGBE (.hdr) & OpenEXR (.exr) **I have tried both!

Select Folder in which I select my Raw files > Run

Message I get:

> Converting 2008Nov06_0150.CR2 into 2008Nov06_0150.exr...
*** Batch has finished - Results are in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Pictures\20081106\PhotomatixConversions07\

File > Open > Select File just converted

Image loads very pink in color. Try tone mapping and there is no hope for the image.

Yup, V3.1 sure made some nice changes. :)
