The left menu doesn't fit on my screen. I am running 1024x768 on the laptop.

Ive never had a website, dont feel the need so i am not as web minded as younger people here. However a few points. its slow, because its all in flash? What about those who do not have flash installed in their computer? some of the images in the gallery are of poor quality example gallery 1 image 1 and 7 both under exposed.

Please note, that i am not talking bad of you, or your work but you did ask for proper critique and this is what i have given you, harsh or not.

I never soft coat the things i say as i feel it will help later on :)

Hard to make too much of a call when you say its under construction. Several links went nowhere, I assume those will be fixed. One glaring thing I noticed is that the only copyright notice on your site, every page of it, is "(c) PHOTOBIZ". I would get that changed asap... (unless you happen to own photobiz.com)
