i just had a glance through your portfolio btw - you have some stunning work there. i've bookmarked it too, to give it a thorough going through later! surely to learn a thing a two from your work - now, what's this about a converted digital camera for infrared shots?

thank you Jaykue, glad you like this and thanks for taking the time to look at my site...converting a digital camera to IR involves replacing the IR glass filter with another....there are different conversions depending upon your tastes.
