When displaying .RAW images on my laptop, smooth curves become jagged at 2, 4, 8 & 10 hour positions on a circle at all zoom settings except 50% and 100%. I'm using Zoombrowser and PS with the same result. What do I need to do to overcome this problem? Tks.

What resolution are you using on your laptop display? Other than turning that up, not sure what you can do about this. It is inherent in trying to draw round shapes using square pixels. But the more pixels you set your resolution at, the smoother it will appear.

Also, some software interpolates the actual pixel data for various zoom levels. Frequently, multiples of 25% are not interpolated--and hence, look better. I know with PS CS this is true. Not sure about Zoombrowser, but suspect something similar is going on.

I have the same "problem" at some settings, but 50% and 100% work fine, so I don't worry about it. There are others that usually work ok, but I can't remember them offhand.
