Need help with post processing.

I am shooting an event that is going to require that I take my photos and digitally frame them with a border and place at the bottem of the frame to put the name of the event and date. I have photoshop elements 6.0 and I was wondering what the best and fastest way to do this to about 300 or so pics. Anybody with experience at this have any suggestions?

Yes it looks like it does. I see an area for "bin actions" if that is what you are referring to.
