Any bird owners here?

I see a number of cats and dogs and even fish, but haven't come across any fellow bird owners yet. Here's a shot of our blue-masked lovebird, Asher. I shot him one-handed with my 35mm f2.0. He's a great bird who spends most of his time on my shoulder... now included.

Between the shallow DOF and his tendency to squirm, there were plenty of throw-a-way shots. Just one more reason I love digital.

Very nice shot, pretty bird too... I used to have a few parakeets many many years ago... All they ever did was bite us.... lol

I have a Jenday Conure (now 6 yrs old) and a Sun Conure (now 4) this was taken a couple of years ago, sorry for the small size

Ah, I love those big gray ones! And whenever I see conures at the pet store they always seem to have such a nice disposition. Pretty birds.
