Last year's Little League District Championship Game....first ever District Champ win in the history of this league. Made it also special for me b/c not so long ago I was the League President.

Here was the losing pitcher...I really felt sorry for him b/c he had the game in the bag and a series of bad plays....and then you know what happens.

Thanks Michelle...I was associated with that league since my oldest son played T-ball there and he's 25 now + I know both of the of those boys quite well and to see that unfold right before me and everyone charging the field almost had me...well not almost...it did have me emotional and almost missed alot of it because I started to become part of it. Then it hit me why I was there....

Hi,

I know its not "off" the field but its at the end of a game..yep, there are no faces but the player OOF is looking at both of the goal scorers from the winning team at the end of the game...

I think you can feel what hes thinking...either that or I cracking up..

1st one he's walking off the field and I was kicking myself - battery "died" right after this shot (plenty of power, the vertical grip wasn't working properly then and had to unscrew it and screw it back in for shot #2 where it's celebration and shock from throwing a no-hitter.

A perfect demonstration of why football "super" moms or dads should not be given expensive camera gear. For those of us that can keep our emotions in check, we can have the gear.

All that time cheering = missed oppurtunity for a closeup with a 70-200. :cry:

My friend shot that (his eye is great); I was tracking the player going up the field and missed the real shot of her yelling.
