BG-E2 for Canon

Hi,

I'm a new member that just purchased a BG-E2 for my 20D. I'm curious if everyone else's battery level shows as low on the 20D display.. I've charged Both batteries to full, but the battery indicator on my 20D always shows as low. When I use either of the single batteries & not the BG-E2 - it shows as full... So I know its not the batteries themselves.. Is there something else I'm Missing?:(
