Hi.....I am new to this and I have no clue on what I could do to improve it. I did some PP (saturation, cloning, sharp, noise reduc) but I'm not that good at it. I blocked out the team name to protect the child.
Any/all criticism is welcomed.

Why did you do a noise reduc.? Undo that step and it will look good.

Noise reduction is used when you took the picture with high ISO... if there is no visible noise in the original, using noise reduction will muddle the fine details...

I appreciate the comments.
I will try without the noise reduction to see how it looks. I'll have to look at the xiff when I get home from work but I think it was taken at 400 ISO. So, when I looked at it at 100% it looked noisy to me. It seems I get noise with my XT on anything greater than 200. Perhaps I shouldn't be making that decision based on the 100% image?

Noise reduction just seems to have softened everything too much.

nothing wrong with some noise... i would take an image with noise over an image that looks to soft over noise reduction.... nice capture though the colors look good

Yea...I agree...that's probably why it doesn't jump out at me. I'll post a version tonight w/o the noise reduc.
