I set up the paypalcart.php page and everything seems to work fine. I had a friend 'buy' one of my photos and it all seems to work great. However, I can't find anywhere on PayPal's site to configure this approach to work with state tax for USA same state buyers or alternate shipping rates for overseas buyers. Is this stuff configurable somewhere on PayPal if you using the ee_commerce/paypalcart.php add to cart button??
