I never got around to posting these moon shots . The first moon shot is with the 300D and the Sigma 135-400mm APO @400mm . The second shot is throught my SV AT1010 on a tripos and the 300D . The one throught the scope is a little larger . At the time i took these there was a haze on the horizon and thats what making the moon look like clouds or smoke around it . In both images there is a star in the top right corner . Thats' Kaus Borealis 22Lam Sgr . The moon was inside the constellation Sagittarius ( better known as the "TeaPot" ) . That star is the top star of the TeaPot . Cs'&Cs' welcome .
