My only suggestion is to remove the "splash page"

Not sure about everyone else, but I really get turned off by splash pages. I want to see your site, not have to click "Enter" to get in.

Simple, neat, excellent. I have grown weary of cluttered photo sites.

I don't mind the "splash page". It has a look that's a lot cleaner than the next page with all the gallery thumbnails.
