I've been a lurker for a while now and learned SO much from these forums. So, this is my first "submission" ;) Thanks for any advise you're willing to give!

Hmm, looks like you used image tages on an upload, that wont work.
[ img] tags are for photos that are on a website like photobucket,flickr etc.
you need to click on the Manage Attachments button then add the pic from your hard drive,like this:

If you need a free but clever resizing programme try irfanview-its also good for editing colour/levels etc, and is how I did that screen grab!
