Thanks for the info! I couldn't find it either. I've been trying to order a M-20 ballhead since Saturday, but their website has been down.

I just spoke w/ Markins America and they are unindated with phone calls right now. The guy said that the hosting company for their website is doing upgrades. Man, if I were a business, I'd be really upset that "upgrades" are taking several days. Even though people are calling in orders, I'm certain they are losing business.

At any rate, I now have one Markins M-20 on the way. :D

I guess I got lucky. I ordered a Q3T ballhead (thanks to you Ben!) on Saturday without any difficulties.

I just want to say though, I called them after placing my order (forgot to comment on my order that they keep the clamp separated) and the guy on the phone was pretty awesome. Great, quick and friendly service.

yeah, they told me that over the phone. I have three different orders on their way as well. Gitzo 1541t arriving from BH on wednesday, RRS head and L bracket coming on thursday...hopefully markins on friday
