I just made a site for my Hollywood type portraits. For fun I did it under another name. I invented a german photographer ( Joseph P Lutz ) and wrote a biography and stuff for him =) , and borrowed a large format camera for some "selfportraits".

I referred to it whan answering another post, a week ago. Other than that, there should be no previous post, or maybe I am going mad. At times its hard to remember where and what one has posted =)

I am not a big fan of Flash because it's death in search engines, but I must say from a graphical design point of view, this site is quite simply the Cat's Meow!

Wow.....not only is that site and layout excellent, the images are amazing.

Design is excellent, photos are tremendous.

Serious question here...did you personally program the flash for that entire site as well?

Thanks. Yes, I did all parts of the site, from the scripts to enlarge the images to the administration part where I can update the bio online. There is a short php script I use to give Flash info on the image names in a folder, that I did not write though.

Im very fond of Flash and build all my clients sites with it. I also like to do games in Flash, there are several examples in my "normal" site www.pellepiano.com

Wow! Very nice design and your photos are brilliant. I will be designing my own site early next year and may need to pick your brain on a couple of your techniques.

I also appreciated the fact that I wasn't bombarded with some cheesy music upon entering your site. I find it very annoying.

As far as your '40s style photography goes I can't wait to show my wife later this evening. We are both big into the styles form that era. Thanks for sharing :D
