Anyone recognize this program?

Hello. I like the look and function of this website http://www.anthonymairphoto.com/ and was hoping that someone might recognize what program it was. I've been using Frontpage for mine and am pretty bored with it.

Looks like typical Adobe Flash. Get yourself Dreamweaver. Should be able to create stuff like that pretty easily.

Will that require me to know code? The Frontpage program is "What you see is what you get" which is good for someone like me.

I sent him a PM prior to this thread but he had someone else create his site and doesn't personally know what the program is

I have it, but haven't used it much. I think it's pretty much the same as FrontPage, with the features of adding flash stuff. I don't think you need to know any code. But, since I haven't used it much, I wouldn't know how in-depth it actually gets. From what I've practiced on, it seems pretty straight-forward.
