Hello all,

First off I would like to say that this looks like a great forum! I love photography, but still shoot in auto pretty much all of the time. I hope to stick around and learn a lot from you guys. These photos were all taken with a Toshiba 3.2mp camera and resized to 640x480.

I recently bought a new Canon A85. I hope to have some photos up from it soon.

Welcome to the forum.

i like the photo with the Kayak. Bright Kayaks look nice in northern lakes.

Was that last shot taken from a moving boat? I see spray coming out of the water.

Dave, why yes it was taken from a moving boat. I think it would have looked better with no splash.

The second and fourth shot are the best I think. I love the pink canoe with the nice greens and blues, really stands out. The reflection in the water is also very nice, great job.
