Have to totally agree with Barney here!!

I especially loved your rendition of the hanging wedding dress. Perfect way to show off the detail of the dress.

I agree about the unique take on the hanging dress shot. The one that really struck me was that little flower girl coming down the aisle. Excellent shot.

HighJ,
Very nice set, intriguing, emotional, and I feel like I know this family a little through your eyes. Good job.

Love your images. Nicely done, as usual. You have a freely refined eye, if that makes any sense.

Oh man, very creative. Shoes (2057), dress (2012), bride (2125), bride (6068 ) stand out for me in creativity. Inspiring set!

Oh my. Your work is great, well, way better than great. Extraordinary! I love the whole shoot. You can really see and feel the emotion, the anticipation, the nerves and as the day unfolds I could feel (from the other side of the world) the nerves fade, the joy bubble up and the happiness release. Fantastic!

Not too many times I look at sets and it actually effects my mood... how do I say this? Joyful... truly joyful and empowering. Kind of makes you want to congratulate both the couple and the photographer. The photographer for getting the opportunity to capture this kind of couple and the couple for finding an incredible photographer.
Favorites....:
FlowerGirl... breathtaking.
RingShot with frame split at 2/3 point. That man's smile says it all...pride
Bride alone in the back of the church.
Couple sitting talking alone in the church. Candid and wonderfully intimate. Background light perfect... planned shot or just lucky? or is the light brought up in PP?

I'm only 2 weddings down, but the experiences have been not very good as far as the social dynamics of the wedding party. Bride in tears...etc. Best Man's girlfriend refusing to allow her man to go down the aisle with the maid of honor (stunning by the way). The pictures are hilarious if not a little sad. The couples went down the aisle the man several paces behind the woman. Made for some wonderful depth of field pics highlighting the individuals though. Drama, drama, drama.
This post is the inspiration that has made me want to persue this craft as a career. The joy that is so craftilly (is that even a word? LOL) conveyed in the pictures at what appears the viewer as an uplifting experience. After all, isn't that really how a wedding is supposed to feel.

Anyway... sorry about the rambling. Just 2 words... THANK YOU for posting this! Wonderful...
