Good print size quality

hello, i need ur advice..

i've done some retouching on this photo yesterday and thinking to print it out ..

I shot in JPG Superlarge Fine quality on my G6 and i retouched in PS, the matter is, i save it in low resolution (180) ... the original size now become 3000x2296 after edit..

so,
any idea for the optimum print size n quality?

Well it depends on what you are going to do with it........ but if you want to hang it on the wall, I'd make it a 12x16 at a resolution of 300, TIFF.
