You can click on the little exclamation point next to your green dot, or send him a PM directly.

If the enquiry is about a particular thread, then the report button is the best way (all moderators will see the report and it will likely be looked at fairly quickly).

Using a PM is also acceptable, but bear in mind that you may not get an immediate response that way.
