Red, White, and Blew

The weather is terrible, today. Snow so thick that one can barely see out the window. It's days like this that spark the creative process asking, "what can I shoot, today?". So, I decided to do something that I haven't done for awhile. An experimental light painting. The result was something that I kind of liked and am considering to use for my next CD cover insert:

Minimal work was done using The GIMP - just a burn layer and the addition of video lines to give it some atmosphere.

I do Industrial music (in the style of Skinny Puppy, :wumpscut:, and the like). This photo has that future-tech feel to it (or that is what I was shooting for). Now, to incorporate this shot into something useable in the CD jacket.
