You could try the Kingston 1GB Elite Pro (it's either 53x or 80x, not sure) for $46.19 after $20 rebate, which ends 3/4/05. I bought one and am very happy with it.

Try www.zipzoomfly.com (http://www.zipzoomfly.com). I bought the Sandisk Ultra II 1 GB CF card last week for about $84 delivered.

Will this be a good fast card to use on the Canon 10D?

On the Kingston site it states "Up to 10MB/sec. read rate and up to 8MB/sec write rate."

http://www.kingston.com/digitalmedia/cf_elite.asp?tabs=ds

On the Sandisk site it states "Have a minimum sustained write speed of 9MB per second and a read speed of 10MB per second."

http://www.sandisk.com/retail/ultra2-cf.asp

On the Lexar site it states "40X (equals 6.0 MB/sec.)" for write speed.

http://www.lexar.com/digfilm/compact_flash.html

If you look at the numbers, either the Kingston or Sandisk will do.

Probably not fast enough but...
Costco has them the week of Mar. 14-20 in their coupon book- 20% off
on SanDisk flash memory.
They were not in stock at this time.
