1st attempt with G6

I'm having trouble uploading the pictures because the files are too big.......how do I make the file smaller to upload them in the forum? Can anyone help me out?

If you have photoshop ?

Open you pic in photoshop
Then do a save ,as
When the box comes up to save,you can downsize the size of the file.

OR

Just re-size your pic to 800x600

yes, I do have photoshop, I'll try that rite now, thanks.....I'll let you know if I can get it to work or not, I'm pretty new at all this, so it might take me a little getting use to.

well, I did what you suggested, I tried to Save As...but that didn't allow me to downsize the file, it only allowed me to change the format it is saved as. How do I resize my image to 800x600? Please give me some pointers. thanks

Open in photoshop
Click on image (up at the top)
Then image size
Have the width and height on pixels
Change the width to 800 and height to 600
Then file,save as
