White Egret and Florida Owl

The Great White Egret almost flew into my wife's head, then landed in a nearby tree. I was lucky to get the shot.

With all the owls being photographed in Canada, I had to show the typical Florida owl. They are normally stationed around a dock or marina to scare off dirty birds. I have no idea why this one was placed on a tree branch in the woods.

Nice photo of the Owl . . . I have caught one as well . . . lol. Is it a horned owl or some-other subspecies?

The Egret is a nice catch as well. But the owl has me thinking.

You didn't bait that owl, did you? My neighbor has one of those same owls outside his window. The pigeons sit on him.
I like the egret!
