oooh that's a nice capture - you have 923 Wasp shots so i'm not going to attempt to see if you have ID'd it - have you?
edit - spotted it, no species ID but superfamily Chalcidoide family Eulophidae?

looks like Green Chalcid Wasp is Cirrospilus vittatus
