"seeing double"

OK, here's my situation I want to make a picture that has two of the same person in the scene. I know I need to take two pictures, each of them with the person in a different pose, but how do I combine the two to look like this (below), and, do I need any special program or just something like ZoomBrowser EX?

Don't Double post, and make sure you know where to actually post it.

1) ZoomBrowser is not a photo editing software, but rather a "Browser"
2) Any decent photo editing program that allows for cloning and layers would work (Photoshop CS, Paint Shop Pro, Corel Something, etc)
3) The photographer had to have done two different shots, either against the same background, or 3 shots , blending the two cut out models, against a third shot of the background.
