No, I wouldn't put these in any sort of portfolio--sorry to be the negative guy in this thread, but they have no subject, and don't even really explore geometry, repeating patterns, or texture very well.

To me they are an attempt to look "artsy" and "brooding," or "desolate" and "lonely," but I don't find them to be any of those things, frankly.

'1907' for example, take a look at the shadow the switch is making..it follows the line of the stair rail..thats got to be worth something at least. The light is cool and I wonder what the 1907 means.

But I suppose we all look at things from different perspectives.

I don't like them... but they are very good. You don't have to like a photo to see they are good. I just prefer a bit more life in a photo. :)
