MTB Pic advice

going out for a ride tomorrow with a few of the fellas. Going to be taking the new camera and kit lens, weather looks as the it will be overcast maybe raining and in the Forest! Any suggestions for settings etc??

I would run a higher iso, and expose for the green and use an off camera flash to catch the cyclists and freeze them. Have fun! Don't forget to set the white balance!
