Help Setting up PS Element 7.0 to send print to

How do I make sure I'm uploading the photo's to White House Custom Colour in the correct color format, when using Adobe Photoshop Element 7.0

EDIT > Color Setting Then what option do I check????????????

I use Exposure Manager and I have mine set for Always Optimize Colors for Computer Screens This would be the setting if White House wants you to use sRGB color space. Check with White House for what they suggest
