This is going to be one of the longest days ever...

Looks like my new i9900 is going to be delivered today, & I have to sit here at work ALL DAY.

I think the clock may be actually moving backwards right now...

Any good links for the i9900, to pass the time today?

Besides RTFM, what should I do to get the printer set up ASAP?

Any other tips or suggestions?

Since my wife does not quite share in my excitement, I figured some of you would see it my way. She is way more excited that it is my turn to do the laundry, & make dinner. :p

Just follow the simple instructions and within 15-20 mins you should see vibrant accurate prints coming out at very fast speeds. Very simple set-up procedure and really no need to mess around with too many settings for your first pass. As you get more into it you can start to tweak the output more with the use of ICC profiles, etc but it is a pretty accurate printer right out of the box (certainly compared to my old Epson 1280).

Enjoy!

The i9900 is a solid printer ur gonna be happy, and Tarp is right, buy a few extra photo catridges as they are used the most, as well as black in my case.

Im considering buying the i9950 when its released in NA, im so excited :p

I'll be ordering extra carts, the minute I can verify the printer works O.K.

I was going to hold out for the i9950, but I found a deal for $299 for the 9900, and I got the Green light from "the boss". ;)
