Property release question

I have some photos of a historic piece of property that I used to own. The photos were taken when I owned it. I have since sold it.

Can I fill out my own property release and sign it and use it to sell the photos?

I can't think of a reason why not.

Yes you can just make sure you note the date you took the photo hopefully backed up by the original EXIF data, and have a separate witness.
