Really like the composition and b&W. But on the down side, it seems a bit too grainy and out of focus around the lights. But may just be me.

Yes, I agree. The quality of the image is not perfect. Now it's the composition and story behind picture. Work on the technical quality is hard and may be obtained via long way. At least for me :-)
