Can someone please tell me how to post pictures in the forum

There are two ways to post pictures:

1) Link to picture located on an external server:
value
where value is the web link to the picture.

2) Attach a picture:
from the advance edit screen down below where you are typeing there is a manager attachment. Click the button and upload you picture.
there are restrictions on the size of the file (100k I think??)
