Hey,

I'm not big into event photography but ended up doing a really low light dancing show. Any tips on working with such fast motion in low-(crazy color) light? With the a 30mm 1.4 I was able to get the exposure and and freeze the action most of the time but was struggling with always getting the focus I wanted. Any tips or suggestions?

Great shots, love "little artsy" and the first shot, both keep my attention for a while.

ISO 800 is slow... bump it up to ISO 1600... Overall nice shots... The group shots on Flickr are nice too.

Nice job! It's difficult enough to time the shot to capture a dancer at the peak of the jump, if only all the dancers could get their timing right!
